Coed recreational Flag Football is a league for kids that are looking to learn the fundamental basics of football. Teams practice one hour a week and play weekly games on Saturdays.  Families have the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience. 

Registration: Opens Now - January 10, 2026

• Ages: 4 years old – 5th grade boys and girls 
• Practice: Once a week for an hour Tuesday or Thursday 
• Game Days: 6 Saturday game days, including Championship play 
• Season: Jan 18 -Feb 28, 2026 
• Registration fee: $99  
• Uniform Fee: $35. High quality Reversible Home and Away Jersey, plus 2 Pairs of Socks. Use this uniform for multiple Rapids seasons and any Rapids sport!
• Equipment needed: Footwear, Black shorts or pants, mouthguard

Registration: Opens Now - March 8, 2026 

• Ages: 3 years old – 5th grade boys and girls 
• Practice: Once a week for an hour Tuesday or Thursday 
• Game Days: 6 Saturday game days, including championship play (Saturday, Labor Day weekend is off) 
• Season: Mar 15 -May 2, 2026
• Registration fee: $99  
• Uniform Fee (Optional): $35.  High quality Reversible Home and Away Jersey, plus 2 Pairs of Socks. Use this uniform for multiple Rapids seasons and any Rapids sport! 
• Equipment needed: Black Shorts/pants, Footwear, and Shin guards.
